April 18th 2012 - Pam Golding Properties, Southern Africa’s premier property group, which recently entered the Kenyan market, has formed a joint venture agreement with Property Link Africa (a division of the Langata Link Group of Companies). The agreement will extend to certain designated areas in which Property Link Africa enjoy a significant market share and expertise. These include the Karen and Langata area of Nairobi amongst others.

According to Andy Collett, CEO of Pam Golding; ‘We see this as typical of the Pam Golding traditional market. There are a significant number of expats who reside in these areas who have already had dealings with the PGP brand in Southern Africa’.

The current head office of Property Link is based at the Langata Link Complex on Langata South Road. Pam Golding and Property Link Africa intend to open another strategic office in Karen in the near future.

In addition, Property Link Africa already has offices based on the coast in Diani and Watamu, both of which will be included in the agreement. Expanding beyond these areas the joint venture will also see the opening of a Pam Golding Properties branded office in the Nanyuki / Laikipia area in the next few months.

Andy Collett further highlighted; ‘For Pam Golding, we are gaining immediate access to a very significant market share that Property Link have gained over fifteen years of trading. This is of a huge benefit to us as a brand. We, in turn are bringing the international experience and access to the Pam Golding buyer network worldwide.
